### Talk to User: live chat, with the session behind it

**Talk to User** adds a live chat widget to your site and an inbox to answer it from — no second script to install, since it's drawn by the FullSession tracker you already have.

* Chat with visitors in real time; replies land without a refresh on either side
* Every conversation links to the visitor's **session recording** — watch what they were doing when they wrote, instead of asking them to describe it
* Match your brand: logo, header title, accent and text colours, launcher corner, with a live preview
* Control where it appears with **show/hide page rules**, and when, with **office hours** in your timezone
* Optionally offer an **AI assistant** backed by your own MCP server — visitors can ask for a person at any time

### Suggest Rules: AI-powered masking suggestions

*New · August 20, 2026*

The new **Suggest Rules** button on **Settings → Privacy Rules → Element recording rules** helps Owners and Admins discover which page elements may contain PII, without having to inspect the DOM manually.

Select a set of already-recorded sessions, start an analysis run, and the agent scans DOM snapshots to find elements likely to hold sensitive data — names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment card data, and more. When the scan finishes, each proposed rule is listed with its suggested CSS selector, recommended action (mask or exclude), detected PII type, confidence level, and redacted evidence. Raw PII is never displayed. Accept, edit, or dismiss each suggestion individually, or use bulk **Accept all** / **Dismiss all**. Accepted suggestions become real element recording rules applied to new sessions going forward.

### Charts: manage your chart library in one place

The new **Charts** page gives you a centralized library for building and managing reusable chart cards, independent of any specific dashboard:

* Browse and search all your charts in one paginated list
* Start from a chart template or build from scratch — using the same builder as Dashboards
* Edit a chart once and the update is reflected on every dashboard it appears in
* Delete charts with a confirmation that warns you of any dashboards affected

### Conversion heatmap: funnel metrics per element

*New · July 29, 2026*

Heatmaps can now be linked to a funnel. When a funnel is attached, the **Top Elements report** gains three per-element columns:

* **Funnel finished** — how many sessions that interacted with this element completed the funnel
* **Funnel total** — total sessions that interacted with this element
* **Funnel conversion rate** — the share that went on to finish the funnel

This lets you answer *"which elements on this page are most associated with users completing my checkout (or onboarding, or sign-up) flow?"* — directly from the heatmap, without any cross-referencing. Set the funnel when creating or editing a heatmap.

* Start from prebuilt, role-based templates or an empty canvas
* Combine metric, time-series, breakdown, pages and session cards
* Filter every card by segment, date range and device
